We founded the company in 1989, we have been offering our services to customers for more than thirty years.
In the beginning of the company, we focused only on the production of enamel boards, later we expanded the range to production of certified traffic signs, self-adhesive foils, plastic boards and many other products. We use the most modern production line with electrostatic application for the production of enamelled boards enamel, we use modern and high-quality digital printers and plotters for printing and graphic processing. Our goal is the delivery of goods in good quality, price and within the agreed time to our customers.

What is enamel?
Enamel is basically an inorganic glass - an anti-corrosion coating of metal parts based on silicon. Enamel during melting adheres to the metal surface due to the adhesive force and forms a solid coating. Adhesion properties are achieved and they do not manifest themselves until the melting temperature of approximately 840 ° C has been reached.

How to do enamelling?
Enamelling is generally accomplished by painting, dipping or spraying. The chosen technology depends from the base material and the desired final effect. Smaltovňa Mišík, s.r.o. uses technology spraying, in which the enamel in a consistent form is sprayed with a pneumatic device to a specially modified base plate Kosmalt.

Why is it enameled?
Enamel prolongs the life of the metal. Thanks to it, the metal object becomes practically stainless as long as the layer the enamel is not mechanically damaged. We can paint the metal with enamel, while the shades of color remain same. Enamel also acquires aesthetic properties at a high level, the surface of the product is glossy, easy washable - similar to glass. Precisely because of its affinity with glass, it requires caution handling - is fragile and sensitive to impact.
